“Everything we ran into was amazing at the village hotel. Every question we had was answered! We ended up needing an extra comforter and guest services had it up to us within 10 minutes. I wish we would have taken more advantage of the grounds, we didn’t realize how much was included with our stay! Next time we will definitely do more, enjoy the scenery and all the tours Biltmore estates has to offer! Amazing location, right by the village with access to all the restaurants and the winery. I……

“The room was just a little weird? Very big but not very cozy. Floor was dirty. Did not feel very luxurious considering the price. Staff were lovely, but also having only one valet at check-in time on a Saturday is unacceptable. Overall just okay. The staff were the deciding factor honestly. Great location but would not book again considering the price.”
