“They were going through an ownership change and they were doing the best they could. Our stay was good disappointed where our balcony was at ground level to the parking lot. Nice accommodations. I will be returning when the restaurant opens back up. The staff was good. Expedia was good. Got me a great deal!”

“Clean rooms and quiet”

“Views from our room were phenomenal. Every staff member from the bellman,valet, the reception staff and the dining room staff were so friendly and kind and helpful. Our dinner at the dining room was delicious with an unexpected treat of a cauliflower and bell pepper bisque provided by the chef and a little surprise dessert for our anniversary celebration. Would definitely recommend.”

“We enjoyed our stay. Was as expected. Very nice place in a great location, with more than expected room amenities. A definite step above the typical hotel stay.”

“It was very clean even though there were many dogs at the hotel. Staff was very nice. The cost for parking with the hotel is very high and this area is very noisy at night if you are trying to go to bed early. We just parked at the Wall Street garage.”

“The breakfast buffet was great, the bed comfortable and the room was very clean. The only amenity I would have liked was a microwave, since we went out hiking and exploring, frequently picked up dinner and we had no way to heat it up. Seems like it was a room upgrade if you wanted a microwave. But the staff was helpful and the location was very central to Town and the Biltmore Estate. I highly recommend the Hampton Inn.”
