Starting around 11 PM the night before, I called the hotel directly at least a dozen times to give them a heads-up no answer, not once. I then called Expedia, who also tried reaching the property and got the same silence. Expedia's own system showed the front desk closes at 3 AM, meaning no one would even be there to check me in. “The room was clean but furniture needs updated. Property very dirty. Needs painting and cleaning. Elevator floors were filthy. Front desk was not helpful until we talked to the manager. Only stayed 1 night instead of 2 Would not recommend!! Advertised as having a bar and restaurant but they weren't open.”

“Only a single elevator was working during the two days we were there. The wait times were unacceptable. We also had to ask the room cleaner to delay the cleaning for a bit but they never returned. The room also had a definite musty odor to it. The staff was more than helpful.”

“The hotel deserves better marketing and advertisement, the pictures did not do the space justice, we want to come back and stay a week but bring board games / puzzles and groceries, the 3 bedroom suite was lovely enough to spend time in. We love a vacation where we can enjoy the space we are staying, the floor to window ceilings with 360 views of the mountains were better than any cabin could have provided. Exceeded all expectations. “The Moxy is a Marriott hotel. I had no idea when booking. The game area and decor were nice and eclectic. The staff was helpful and friendly. But, I was disappointed in the rooms. The rooms are tiny to say the least. It’s actually a little smaller than my son’s dorm room. There is no closet just pegs on the wall to hang your clothes and one little drawer to put clothes in under each bed in a room with 2 queens. There is a safe under one of the beds and a place to stash a small suitcase under……

“The property is absolutely gorgeous! From the spa to Stag, the restaurant on property did not disappoint. The only thing disappointing was we couldn’t stay longer!!”

“The breakfast selection was awesome, and the staff members were great. A couple of negatives, however. The shower doors made it hard to get in or out of the shower without making a mess when the water was turned on. Also, I would have preferred 2-ply toilet paper and tissues.”
